Of course, not knowing anything about this, I "googled it"... and quickly realized that "ADL" is, in fact, a government project stemming from an initiative through the Department of Defense to educate individuals and troops world-wide with on-demand training.

The vision of the ADL is to provide access to the highest-quality learning and performance support that can be adapted to individual needs and delivered cost-effectively, anytime, and anywhere....this is our term/our topic...I'm speaking it into existence.
