A quote worth posting

"And as more and more people live their daily lives while moving, commuting, traveling for work or leisure, just-in-time access to what you need to know becomes increasingly an asset modern people can't do away with." Posted by Robin Good on www.masternewmedia.org

I often ask myself what I would do without the technology we have today. I have work, personal, and school emails flowing in and out of my cell phone all day every day. My IPod and cell keeps me in tuned with social networking while on the go. I'm always accessible and just a finger tip away.

I hear ya. What happens when your ipod's battery goes dead... or recall a time the cell phone "ran out of juice"?

Life as we know it... c o m e s t o a n e n d

Have you checked out second life yet? I'm still shy to get involved because I know how I think and once I start playing with it, I'm stuck in another reality, virtually speaking of course!

As one who works with ADL every day, I can tell you that it is as effective as the people who are involved in it. But, isn't that true of most activities?

Actually, I foresee ADL evolving much more dynamically over the next few years as trainers begin to adopt it potential more fully in response to DOD's ADL 2015 initiatives and fully appreciate the time and cost savings inherent in it.
